Around the Museum, a 2000 meter long Time Trail with over 20 stations providing directions and information, was created to mirror 10,000 years of landscape and cultural history.

The Time Trail includes experimental Stone Age planting and information starting with the Glacial Period and running up to modern times.

Traveling the Time Trail is free of charge. Visitors may follow the path on their own or join a special guided tour before or on their way to the ferryboat, parking place, bus, or train after their visit at the Museum.
